We Catch a Child Being Good

Our teachers are trained to search out and give recognition to each small positive step a child makes. Our teachers don’t get caught up in negative syndromes — when necessary they set clear, firm, consistent limits, but they are immediately looking for any effort a child makes in a positive direction.
